A Trust Account is the simplest and most transparent form of protecting your customers, and the Trust My Travel one is administered by independent trustees.
Our trustees are leading professionals from accountancy and legal firms.
A customer pays for a travel product in January, due to take place in February.
The customer’s funds are protected in the Trust Account between payment and delivery.
The customer successfully receives their travel product in February.
The funds are then released to the merchant.
Providers can see and download a detailed breakdown of funds released to them under ‘Statements’ in the Trust My Travel Infinity platform. Each processing statement is based on one full processing period and includes information on bookings as well as any associated charges such as chargebacks, refunds and funds held in rolling reserve.
